hi the seller say that he shipped my package and i cant trace since 13 days RH034390795CN
can i check what the problem?

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel
