Hi, I opened a dispute on Aliexpress because the item was delivered to the wrong person and I want to get my money back. This is what it says on the dispute, what does it mean ? ----- If the seller does not respond by 1 calendar days 6 hour 27 minute 10 second , the dispute will be closed in your proposal.
You can continue negotiating a solution with the seller until the deadline arrives.

What should I do if the seller does not accept the dispute ?

if seller does not accept dispute, you can escalate the dispute. normally most aliexpress seller will grant you refund because escalate dispute will reduce his ranking.

RJ296072435CN everything is ok. it is waiting in beijing airport. now is rush season, moving is slow. you should get the goods after new year holiday.

Hi,

Ordered an item on 14th April,2015, item sent through Yanwen, tried to track the order, with tracking id :- YC619008400YW, but the Yanwen site is showing the order status till it reached India airport then after that it is not showing anything. I have tried every other way on the net to track the status but it all went in vain, as now I lost hope and made a resolution not to order any thing from this "Good for Nothing" site as they don't even have a contact number to contact, if a customer wants to track the order, its pathetic. I felt cheated by the seller as well as by AliExpress.

Yanwen tracking result is not reliable. You might need to open dispute and ask seller to contact Yanwen to find the parcel. If seller can not give you a good solution, claim refund.

I have already Open a dispute with them, as I have also asked them to locate the parcel, as I am not able to track my order after it reached India and now its almost a month and I didn't heard anything regarding my order, and now after opening the dispute, supplier is now asking to settle the dispute and saying that you will receive your order soon as it is in transit and requested me to close the dispute .
