Hello,

I ordered two items on aliexpress.com and I am not sure where my parcels are at the moment.

RN215458929CN - Received by Post Office - But the tracking details on aliexpress and an other site say "Departure from outward office of exchange" - What's the correct tracking status? 😕

RJ519710164CN - Departure export customs - Tracking details on aliexpress "Opening" - which one is correct? 😕

RG180434536CN - Shipment date 6 June, but I still can't track it - The seller said he has shipped the order and the tracking no. is correct and I should wait 1-2 weeks till I can see the tracking information - Is it normal?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows china post has not received the parcel, this means your seller did not ship the goods yet. you should open dispute and report fraud shipment to aliexpress/ebay.
