Hello,
I ordered a package from China via DHL and the seller told me that the package was send out on the 7th December. But since then the tracking staus hasnt been updating and just says: „shipping information recieved“. The seller promises that he already send the package and it has been dispatched. Is it possible that the package just was not scanned by DHL and already left China to the destination country ? The number is 3285266121

dhl website only shows 3285266121 result as "Shipment information received". This means Your seller applied a tracking number from DHL hong kong branch but never actually shipped the goods. You should be cautious of fraud.
