Hi

Was wondering if someone could help me with the tracking status of my parcel : RY732563347CN

The latest update says that it has arrive in Bulgaria but the "desination country rejected"

What does this mean?

Bulgaria Post website shows 'BULGARIA, DOSTAVKA SOFIA, Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb)". For unknown reason, the parcel can not be delivered and therefore returned to China. You can not get the parcel anymore.

You should open dispute to aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.
