My parcel is taking longer than usual to leave China and I don't understand why. The tracking number is RB958601079CN. This is what I got when I tried to track it:

On track-chinapost.com it says "Export package sealed to each other, Zhengzhou international, Sweden"

I paid quite a sum for my product and i am really worried, so please help me find out what's going on??

the parcel stuck in Zhengzhou customs over 10 days, normally this means it has problem to pass security check. you should open a dispute asap.

I don't understand, it's just shoes! And I asked the seller about this and he told me to calm down and wait until 30 days have past and this delay is perfectly normal? :(

it is not normal. you should follow instruction above and open a dispute to get money back.

Golden rule of online shopping:

Don't release the money to the seller unless you get delivery.

Your money is probably on hold in the system until you can confirm delivery on that site or it'll automatically release the funds to the seller when it crosses the delivery days claimed by the seller. Some sellers ask the system for 45 days, some for 60 days.

Open dispute for non-delivery within this date to be on the safe side.
