Hi,

I am doing dropshipping on aliexpress and I have made some orders which were sent through China post and not e-packet.

How can I know that the item was delivered to the customer? It has been 23 days since the itemwas shipped from the seller but according to the tracking info on aliexpress it did not arrive in UK yet.

Can you help me with this? The order ID is 89972930509074 .

89972930509074 is not china post tracking number. You should ask seller for real tracking number. If seller can not give you a real tracking number, open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
