Post delivery information needed

In July 2017, I shipped a package to CHINA via USPS priority mail. The buyer said they never received the package but the United States Post Office shows that it was delivered in September 2017 but cannot provide a delivery address or signature.

Can you help me and provide detailed delivery information in writing via email?

If it made it through customs and then disappeared after that the chances are a delivery courier helped themselves to the package. I literally just had it happen to me. My package from the states to my son's family made it to China, through customs without a hitch and then suddenly a courier is asking for a list of everything that was in the box saying it was dismantled in customs and wanting proof of the delivery address and money of course. I don't know if my son will ever receive the package.

China EMS website shows the parcel EZ120561515US was delivered on Sep 16. The postman who made the delivery is 曾健强 phone number 18925985092 .
