A delivery fail message appears when tracking my shipment LZ177270015CN. How can I arrange another delivery attempt? I want to know what was the problem whit delivery?

Mexico Post(corres de mexico) website shows the parcel is in "Administración Postal Naucalpan de Juárez, Mex., Puesta en ventanilla". You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
