Deer sir or madam, I have sent a parcel to Deqing, my tracking number is ( RR174261876MY ) , but when I check the post have attempted to deliver many time but not yet delivered, and I asked my friend and she says the postman not yet contact her, I just afraid than maybe the address or contact number accidentally erased, hope you can help thanks, this is my friend address- ( No. 82, Shunda road, Wukang, Deqing, Huzhou, Zhejiang province.) and contact number is 13738218403, thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel is in 德清报刊投递公司 , you need ask receiver pickup the parcel from there.
