Hello,

I ordered a product the 11th of september and I still have not received it. Here are the last track information that were sent the 27th of september:

Since this date I don't have any other information about where my product is.

Could you please help me and tell me where it is and if I will be able to receiv it soon ?

your parcel should be lost or rejected in Urumuqi. open dispute and claim refund asap.

Can you tell me which personn I have to ask for refund. I guess it is the chinapost service...
