Hello i sended package number CV000227971CZ from Czech Republic on 22.8 . at 27.8 arrived to china , but now the process getting very slow . I have now only 12 day left to deliver my package to seller, if not, he don't accept my reclamation. Can you decide more information that this please ?

i believe the seller gave you a wrong returning address. The parcel stuck in China Post Guangzhou office. You should ask seller to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel by himself.
