So I called and talked to three people today and they all said that it was no longer in customs but no one could tell me where it is. I checked the tracking again and it was updated today but it says customs scan again. Please help me find it. I will go pick it up if I know where it is. Thanks. Tracking number LC807642893US

Try to contact USPS and start an investigation. They might find some solution for you.

According to USPS, the parcel was delivered or arrived in Illinois.

Sadly, it says nov 29. When did you order this? Maybe the seller gave you a wrong or fake number.

Yes that was USPS mistake so they resent to china. It is not from a seller it from my mother. After they resent it it got to Guangzhou in about a week. But all China Post tracking says is customs scan (twice). So I called and they say it not in customs anymore and will be delivered soon but they don’t wherw it is.
