Can someone help me find parcel Cp298760105cn?? It was shipped in October and still has not arrived in Jan! :(

you need open dispute and claim refund.

Try not to use surface mail, it's extremely slow. Sometimes might take 4-6 months. If you need to ship heavy items, use couriers.

Can I do that online? I am not in china anymore and I had a friend call china post and they said I need to go into the same post office where I mailed it from in shanghai to do any paperwork. But I won't be returning to china any time soon...

Okay thank you. I don't mind if it takes longer, but I had anothe package mailed on the same day, and that arrived after only 2 months.

if you want to use surface mail, you need to find a reliable returning address in china when you ship the goods. you can not do it online. China is not USA, most public services including china post must be done in person, no online service is provided.
