http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel arrived Japan on Jun 25 and left Japan on July 7. this is surface parcel which travels through sea. so you might need to wait another 8 to 20 weeks to get the goods. Your seller should not use such slow service to ship the goods.
