Hello,

We've been tracking this package since 8/14/2014 and there has been no activity since then. I called USPS today and they said it's still in the China post office. Can you please tell me why it's taking so long to have it shipped out?

CP287486442CN is a cheap surface parcel for heavy item. It is often very very slow. you need some patient. arrive time for 2 months is very common.

Thank you very much for your response! Do you think it's possible to return the goods back to the sender?

Unfortunately the sender said we would receive it within 6-9 days, but that was back in August 12th and we needed the items before Septemeber 26th. Maybe we can change the method of shipping.

Please confirm.

you can not change the shipping method after the parcel was shipped, and the parcel will not be returned to sender.
