Could you please help me to locate my order? When I track it, it tells me it left china on the
2013-12-23 14:13 heading for Indonesia, I have heard nothing since and I'm getting worried.
The tracking number is: CP281856122CN

CP281856122CN seems stuck in Guangzhou customs. It might has problem to pass security check or to be lost. You can open a dispute now.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
