hi , i posted the item to china, and the person suppose to receive the item say he have not get the item yet. can anyone help me here.

the status show
CP123150085MY 2014 Final delivery Shenzhen 20140228 180013

does the final delivery mean item delivered?
is there a name to show who received the item?

what can i do next?

the parcel has been delivered to recipient in Shenzhen. Your parcel is regular register mail, China Post will NOT record name of recipient for regular register mail.
