LN231604951CN is my tracking number I was given. I've been waiting since October and this info hasn't worked from day one. Anyone know what I should do??

Your seller never sent you anything. You should open a buyer protection dispute and get your money refunded.

It already has; it left Beijing on the 12th of December. The parcel's status can't usually be updated while it's in transit between two countries. The next update will come when the parcel clears Customs in the US and is scanned by USPS.

USPS seems to be making good progress on clearing the holiday backlog. I think you will see your item show up in USPS tracking within a week or two.
