the only info I can find till now is: waiting for Airline space since november 3

now is rush season. It takes about 2 to 4 weeks to get shipping space and update status.

i understand that, but it is waiting space and updated since november 3, we are almost on december and I really need tio know the status, even more I really need the merchandise.
