Is this normal ? Especially when the seller sais the package has been shipped.

You'd better post tracking number, otherwise none can help you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should be cautious of fraud.
