Please I want to know if I can change the postal code of an item I shipped through China post economy and I can't find any info on my tracking no RG180303297CN

you can not change anything about shipping destination after the parcel was shipped.

Is the shipping actually based on postal code or the address

the parcel is delivered by your country's post company. If your country require correct post code(like UK, Canada, USA etc), then you should put correct post code in the address. Many other countries including China, postcode is not very important, if address is correct, with or without postcode are both ok.

I tried tracking my orders and I saw unsuccessful delivery. Please I don't understand what that means RG180303297CN and RG180303306CN. I need help

the parcels are in the hand of Nigeria Post. contact them and pickup the parcel asap.
