CH035678702US is in China Post Shenzhen head office. It misses some important customs clearance documents. You should go to China Post Shenzhen office to pickup the parcel Immediately. you can also call 11185 and inquiry pickup/delivery detail.

If you do not pickup the parcel by March 6, it will be returned to USA.

Thank you for your quick reply. My son has sent in and attached the information requested. No luck. he has called but no translation/understanding. :(

My son does not know were this is. where would he find address to where this is?

Ask your son find some Chinese friend in Shenzhen and call 11185, they will tell him where to pickup the parcel.
