RC869664887CN the owner say he post at 20 April..... but unit now i still cannot track it and cannot get my post

if track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show china post has not got the parcel over 10 days, it must be fake number.

soyayong, if you input the tracking number into TrachChecker in Windows, it says "The tracking number has wrong checksum!", it means it must be fake, it is not an existing tracking number, and it won't show anything.

I have order nr RC967697826CN and the seller said that the product was shipped 01 april 2014, but when i track it, it dont apear.
I have another product nr.n RC121522036CN this is in qingdao since 15 april and i dont see that move from this place.
Please help me with this two orders. Thanks

i made de order not by the web, i made it by the app for iphone and in the app i cant cancel, claim refund or nothing. and when i am in the computer and search the order in the web, it dont apears
