Post Cant find my shippment !!

The seller from ebay with good feedback said he sent my package the 14th of mars.
Still cant find it , whats wrong?
Number is : RG795297648CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from? If you paid with aliexpress/ebay, you should report fraud and claim refund.

Hi! Thank you.

Bought it from ebay with paypal.
I talked to the support, they say that I have to wait to 27:th of april go submit a ticket to get s refund because that is how long the shippment takes from china .

He also told me that all china package cant always be tracked and the package can still be sent by the seller .
What you think ?:)

So all I can do now is wait.

RG795297648CN is register mail which SHOULD BE trackable in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php within 48 hours of shipment.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data within next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay against fraud and leave him negative feedback.

I already contacted ebay and I got in respons this :

You are right, the tracking number is not traceable at the same time I can assure you that not all tracking number are traceable online especially that it has been ship through China Post.
Now, in this case, please wait for the item to arrive by April 27, 2018 because that is the last estimated delivery date of the item.

If you don’t receive your item by the end of April 27, 2018 you can go ahead and file an Item Not Received request in order to you to get your refund on April 28.

Something doesn´t seem right .
I contacted the seller as well, he said he will get back to be as soon he has more information.
Like I said , something doesn´t feel right :-(

Your seller's words are not true.

Simply tell him if you can not track real shipment data within next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay against fraud and leave him negative feedback. If he does not give you reasonable response, then open dispute.
