When I track it,it says it's not been recieved by china post! Can you confirm this,or does it need Afew days to update the system

"not received by China Post" might be caused by:
1)The tracking number you got from shipper is wrong.

2)Shipper has printed the shipping label and did not ship the goods.

3)Shipper has shipped the goods, but China Post has not updated the database. Normally China Post might need 24 to 48 hours to updated the database, especially for those parcels which was collected by China Post agents who has no scanning device and need to send the parcels to China Post sorting center to be scanned.
