I have a tracking number RG690961632CN and the shipment hasn't been updated since 10 days. It has been on airline for 10 days? The shipment is sent to United Arab Emirates.
Can you help me find my parcel? Please :(

after parcel sent to airline, status will not change until it arrive destination country (in your case UAE). This might take 2 to 5 weeks. Make sure you have P.O box number in the parcel otherwise U.A.E Post will reject the parcel without notice.

Thank you for replying! But I didn't write the P.O Box number and I wrote only the address (detailed address). Is there any way to update my address?
