the supplier send me a new number, because something didn't work properly with my order. I get the new number yesterday and the tracking system says the number is wrong. what does it mean. Do I need to wait till the number is active, and if yes, how long does it take? or is the number false and won't come valid?

today the tracking system says "china post didn't receive parcel"

what does this mean. the number is

RI148236533CN

You need to wait 3-10 businesa days before worrying about the tracking number.
