Hello

I'm brazilian. I bought a soccer jersey in february. I didn't receive the package yet. The code is RC382968445CN. In the website http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, I see that the package didn't leave China yet. Why is it happening? I thank if someone can help me.

the parcel was returned from Brazil. you'd better open dispute and claim refund from seller.

in 05/01/2014 the package was sent to airline again. Do you think that they are trying to send the product again? Or not?

No. the parcel should be sent back to shipper. you will not get the parcel.
