in AliExpress says "parcel information received" in Singapore post says "Item status not found in the system". the seller said that I sent the product to February 25 te and gave me the tracking number. Four days passed. No changes. Is the store post slow or does it not send the seller? Best regards

Tracking should start working within 48 hours after the post office in Singapore receives the parcel. However, if the seller is in China, they usually have to use a courier service to send the parcel to Singapore first, so that it can be mailed from there. This can take 4-7 days.

I would wait maybe two weeks altogether, so until about March 10th or so. If your tracking number still isn't working then, I would assume the seller never actually sent your parcel, and open a dispute.
