2. If you have 2 tracking on USPS it's because the parcel tried once to depart, either it was late to arrive or either there was no more room for the mail bag.

3. When will you receive your parcel, your guess is good as mine, I suspect Chicago has a backlog of parcels right now for E Packet. Your parcel should have more priority over them.

4. The only thing you can do right now is to continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 5. Normally it should arrive Pakistan in 40 days. If you have not got it now, it should be lost. You need contact seller for lost order refund.
