I am trying to return an item that I ordered via Aliexpress. I shipped the item from the states via USPS priority mail. According to the tracking information It attempted delivery twice on June 7 and June 8. Below is information from the tracking:

Can you tell me why is there a delay? USPS tracking CH043318388US

CH043318388US has delivery problem in china. you need ask receiver go to china post office in 许昌市许昌县揽投部 and pickup the parcel. or call 11185 for delivery detail.
