Hello, a couple of months ago I made an order from a chinese shop. Since then the shop closed down but just at the last moment it was able to post my order. So I was tracking it and in 3-weeks time came to my country.

Unfortunately my mailman is kind of an idiot so without leaving a note, without even coming by my house decided to send the item back to China. Yesterday it was received there (in China), how can I ask from China-post to resend the package?

As I said the shop is closed down, so I cannot ask that from the seller. I do know that it is still in China Post's network, all they have to do is send the package back to my country. Is that possible?

The original shipper has closed down. There is no way to communicate with him. Also the product cost $200 and I had it insured. Is there a way to have my money back at least?

the parcel has already been returned to shipper. You insurance from seller is fake insurance. If you can not contact that seller's shop, i don't think there is any other way to get your money back. In future, remeber only buy from ebay or aliexpress which has buyer protection policy(forget about any insurance).
