Anyone who can find out what is going on with my package?
It has been stuck since 16th of april, at the receiving by china post.

RB699568079CN

How can I find out more? The seller keeps saying it will arrive, but all my other mailpackages around the world I can keep up with the tracking except this one!

RB699568079CN has been stuck in the receiving china post branch over 10 days is not a good news. normally this means the parcel was lost during transportation to airport. you'd better open a dispute case to paypal and claim refund.

Hi there,

Well after almost 3 weeks the status finally changed into EXPORT CUSTOMS SCAN still located in Shanghai.

What does this mean and will my package still ship towards me?

Hoppe you can explain it to me.

Also did my package really stay from 16th of april till 5th of may all this time in China? or could it possibly already be on my way?
