Can you provide me with any update with regards to the following tracking number please EA182941805CN?

When I check China Post all I see is that the package was picked up on November 24 and nothing more since so I would appreciate if you could provide more information on this package. Any additional information you could provide on this package would be greatly appreciated at this stage.

Expected delivery date of this package is December 16 - is this still likely? or am I better to prepare myself that this package will not arrive before December 24?

the parcel is delayed in Guangzhou. Not sure the reason. if you can not see new status by Dec 18, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon/paypal, you can contact customer service and open dispute for non-arrival order.

Is there any update in relation to this? I have contacted the seller and they have told me that the package is in transit and for me to wait a little longer, which is different from what is reported here so perhaps there has been a change of status?

Is the parcel still showing as delayed in Guangzhou? It has been over 19 days since it was first picked up carrier. It was my understanding that if items could not be sent that they were returned to seller so if it could not be sent should the seller not have it by now?

It looks as though it left China via Guangzhou on 25 Nov. Usually the next update should come when the item arrives in Ireland, and An Post scans it. The fact that this hasn't yet happened, and the fact that An Post doesn't seem to know that your parcel is coming, makes me not very optimistic about your its status. :( (Usually the destination post gets electronic notification of incoming parcels from the sending post before they are sent overseas.)

It's possible your parcel is delayed or lost; we can't know for certain yet. If the expected delivery date is 16 Dec, in my opinion there's no point in opening a dispute at least until a week after that (the 23rd). However, you might want to be prepared in case it doesn't arrive before Christmas Eve. :(
