Hi,
I have recently placed an order, and I was given the tracking number 89974721044.
I can see that it was due to be on a flight on the 2017-12-09 but I've had no update since then.

Can you check for more information?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
