My item was send back to China. Where is it right now? Will it be send back to the seller? Tracking number: RS654575993CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to china. You can not get the goods anymore. Open dispute to seller for non-arrival order asap.
