Post Where is my parcel???

Hello,

I have ordered three dresses from the Onlineshop LBShopin in June and two of them arrived but one is still missing. The tracking code says it has been delivered to Berlin-Hohenschönhausen. What does that mean?? Can I pick it up somewhere?

The sender of the package doesn't help because they tell me I probably delivered the wrong address. But the other two dresses arrived correctly??
What can I do? There must be some kind of proof of where the parcel is or who accepted it in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen??

the parcel was delivered by Germany Post office in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen. You should contact your local post office for delivery detail.

I did that. They can't help me. The sender of the package told me to ask DPD but they told me that, since it was delivered by china post, they can't investigate where it is. Everyone is telling me to ask another person.

China Post does not have branch in Germany. German Post is the delivery agent of China Post in your country and all China Post parcels are handled and delivered by them. Since Germany Post website shows the parcel was delivered in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen, They must have delivery detail such as receiver's signature. If they don't want to help you, you can file complaint to your government consumer protection authority.

I make an order at 2017-07-22 and i receive this number EA286867524CN

The latest update that i received was this:
2017-07-26 19:37 CHINA, SEND ITEM ABROAD
Latest Event -- 2017-07-27 03:27 上海市, 离开上海市 发往雅典（经转）

Since the last event i haven't receive any other information and it has been a month since then.
Please can you tell me if you can locate where my package is and how many days they need to arrive in Greece.

EA286867524CN is EMS parcel which normally should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. I believe the parcel was lost or stolen during the trip. You should open dispute for refund.
