Where is the parcel No. RI597944477CN stuck as unable to follow the route that it reached Kolkata and on its way back to Beijing.

there's an unsuccesful delivery attempt in september.
parcel went back to china and today has been dispatced into customs... will be delivered back to seller in the next days

I have send 3 parcels to different universities. They are still in International office of Baijing. There tracking IDs are RB002186638PK, RB002186640PK, RB002186641PK. Why they are not delivered to destination universities?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php was delivered on Jan 7,

RB002186640PK just arrived China on Jan 12, RB002186641PK arrived Beijing on Jan 12 and now is in Dalian. these 2 parcels will be delivered very soon.
