Post Where is My parcel?

My parcel was sent during the end of October through China Post, but I still haven't received it yet. The problem is that the person who sent the parcel in China could not find the tracking number. I am just wondering if there is any other way that I can use to track my parcel.

Why this package tracking number rk344133091cn hasn't moved since Nov. 19th?

Tracking number is Rk336161572cn It hasn't moved since November 19th I just was wondering what's going on because in on the tracking page it stops at the Beijing Airport could you help me outThank you very much

the parcel should be outside China now. after the parcel left china, it will keep travel another 2 to 5 weeks before arriving your country. you can not see new status during the time.
