Hi there,

I bought some camera's off Ebay and was given this tracking No RI679407262CN .

I have checked it Via your tracking system and it says its at some airport and has been for weeks.

I tried contacting the seller via ebay but now they are no longer a user.

Can you help me to see if they actually shipped my goods or not

the parcel was shipped Nov 19.
