how do i know if parcel is on the way to me or there is a problem

it should be delayed in hangzhou. if your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute or ask seller extend the protection. otherwise keep waiting.

i buy the bag on aliexpress, seller wrote my tracking number, but from 28 11 2014 my order can not found in any countries! how can it be?! the air post get the order and all...where is my order!!!????

many parcels to Ukraine were delayed. I think it is due to the war.
