I ordered some headphones on December 2, 2015, and I haven't received then after a month! Do you know where it is? My tracking number is CP297297369CN.

headphone might be rejected as per china post new policy. you should open dispute and claim refund from seller immediately.

I opened a dispute last month, but it somehow closed! Is there another way to get a refund?

It's probably OK but was sent by surface mail which is normal to take 2-6 months.
