I ordered a almost a month ago from hibatymall and still no update or tracking info. I have contacted customer service many times and haven't gotten a response from them. I checked through Paypal and it says its been shipped but it is showing no shipping record. Tracking number is LY596831346CN can someone find out where my package really is or do i have to make a report for fraud and get a refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY596831346CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you shouldbe scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
