if you paid with ebay/aliexpress/amazon, open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Hi China Post, my article is RC692842071SG and the status has remained stagnant for almost 2 weeks now. May I know where is my parcel and why couldn't it be delivered? Was there nobody at the address or?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RC692842071SG failed delivery(not sure the reason). It is on the way return back to Singapore.
