2015-02-05 18:42:22 [South bulk Centre for Peace] has Acceptance
2015-02-05 22:37:25] [South bulk Centre for Peace has issued letters
[2015-02-05 22:56:20] Taiyuan transit bureau has been opened for
[2015-02-07 17:14:21] Taiyuan transit bureau has sent letters (domestic transit)
2015-02-10 10:19:23 [Beijing] has opened for exchange offices
2015-02-10 15:24:23 [Beijing] transferred to the Customs office of exchange
2015-02-10 15:25:58 [Beijing] exchange bureau has sent letters (domestic transit)

and the seller keeps telling me it is on my country (Canada) but its not it still is in bejing can anyone help me and tell me if my bag will ever arrive.... i bought it in January and still do not have it
also im not sure what "exchange bureau has sent letters" means

RO610254261CN should have problem to pass safety scan. you need open dispute asap.

i have opened a dispute and the guy said no to giving me back my money because apparently it is already in Canada according to him, so i disagreed with the dispute and it has now went to head office so i hope i get my money back
so i wont get my package ? since it has been shipped i thought maybe i would still receive it just later, but is it stuck in bejing now ?

http://suivichineposter.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel stuck in Beijing since Feb 10. This is quite unusual in this season. Normally it should have arrived Canada in early March, but http://track-chinapost.com/start_canadapost.php shows it does not. This means the parcel should be lost or rejected in Beijing customs.

We suggest you escalate the dispute and let aliexpress arbitrate the case. I believe you will win the case and get your money back.
