Alongside I have even opened a dispute and claimed refund from PayPal 2 days ago, but haven't got any reply or anything....how much time does it normally take to receive a refund?

i have no idea how long you can get refund. but if your seller can not prove that you have RECEIVED the goods during paypal investigation, you will get refund sooner or later.

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number.

2. If you just got that tracking number you need to wait 2 to 5 days before it is registered into the China Post system. If after 10 days you are not able to track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
