Hi, the parcel I am tracking stopped being updated on the 15th Dec. Could you tell me what has happened.
The tracking number RS507100188CN

1. This is normal, while the parcel in On Route/In transit to UK you will not see any tracking. You will see the tracking when Royal Mail scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

2 Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.
