Sir / Madam,

I am trying to track a parcel en route to the UK, ref as above. The tracking shows leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport on 21/10/15 but nothing since. Can you please advise where my parcel is and wehn it will arrive in UK.

now is rush season, parcel is slow. the parcel left China on Oct 21. You can not know exactly location when parcel is outside china.

My suggestion is to wait one more week, if you can not get the parcel by end of Nov, open dispute to seller and claim refund for non-arrival parcel.
