the item not moving from 2 week its show

2015-12-09 13:46:12.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared

and the tracking is RI774844428CN is thier problem

Where is my parcel? Tracking keeps repeating the same thing

the parcel should be outside china now. normally the parcel status will stuck at its last china location after it left china. the no-update time might last 2 to 5 weeks until it arrives Kuwait.

But before in tracking systems the last thing should be show

Left baijing that's mean its out side china

RI784793221CN just left Guangzhou, China. It will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks through many airports and countries before reaching Italy.

your parcel is ok. it should have left china. you can not see new status when it is outside china. the no-status time might last 2 to 4 weeks.

Does this mean that my goods left China, and now it is not clear to me the table update ??

maybe it left china right ?? but it not cleary for me right ??

it is outside china, but you can not know the exact location before it arrives Italy. From China to Italy might transit through many countries and airports, and take 2 to 4 weeks.

Its ben 20 days that my tracking nimber doesnt update its said december 4th 2015 export customs cleared.

M'y tracking number is RI759469230CN

Can someone help me ? What is means export customs cleared ?why its take too much time?
